Meet the team

Slava has spent more than 25 years in business, accounting, and accounting software, and has seen the industry from every side. Early in his career he built and implemented accounting software for companies of all sizes, with a focus on small firms. He then spent over a decade at SAP, the world’s largest enterprise software company, rising to Senior Vice President for a region spanning 35 countries and more than 1,100 people.

He later traded the corporate path for the founder’s, co-founding companies across AI, SaaS, and digital media and learning firsthand how technology actually gets built and run. He mentors at the Stanford Venture Studio and holds an Executive MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, with general management training at INSEAD and Master’s degrees in Physics and Economics.

Numica brings the full arc of that career together: the discipline of running large organizations, an intimate knowledge of accounting software from having built, implemented, and used it, and the conviction that the small firms serving their communities deserve a thoughtful next chapter.

Victor is a serial entrepreneur. His previous company, Osome, grew into one of the largest accounting and corporate-services businesses across the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong, serving more than 12,000 clients before his exit in 2025. Earlier, he founded RocketBank, one of the world’s first mobile-first banks, and was founding CEO of Groupon’s Eastern European business.

He brings to Numica the hard-won experience of scaling exactly the kind of company we’re building — a technology-enabled accounting firm serving small and mid-market clients across multiple markets. Eight years running Osome shaped his instinct for operational simplicity, and it shapes how Numica thinks about technology, staff, and the daily mechanics of running a practice at scale.

Victor holds a degree from MIPT, where he later taught as an assistant professor.
